From 16 – 19 January 2024, the Academy of Oral Surgery in Wroclaw in cooperation with Delta Dent Academy hosted the first course in advanced implantology for 2024. Five (5) dentists from Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia were recruited to have a 4 – days full course in advanced implantology under the leadership of the well-know oral surgeon Dr. Radoslaw Jadach. The participating dentists were Dr. Reis Morina from Kosovo, Dr. Qemal Sela from North Macedonia, Dr. Roland Hoxha, Dr. Erisa Zeqja and Dr. Besiana Elezi from Albania.
For 4 days the dentists had the opportunity to follow an intensive course which included two modules (the theory + hands on module) and the practises they developed were as follows:
- Sinus Lift
- Flap Design
- Suture Techniques
- Bone graft
- Sof Tissue
- Split crest and relevant practises.
Also the participating dentists had the opportunity to discuss their cases and to be present in live surgeries with Dr. Radoslaw. This program is under the framework of Delta Dent Academy objectives for 2024, and frequently we will organize groups of dentists in order to have the opportunity for such kind of experiences in different countries. Lastly Dr. Jadach was very happy for the dentists’ performance during these days and he was very delightful to work with them.
